I have a Nephthtis White Butterfly that’s seen better days. I had it next to a frosted window (not direct light but lots of it) and it developed “sun spots”, or brown/yellow spots on lots of its leaves. I moved it to a lower light place but it still seems droopy. Should I take off the spotted leaves? What else can I do to make this plant happy?

It can take a little while for a plant to bounce back. If the damage is covering most of the leaf, you can remove it without a problem. If the plant is still developing yellow and brown spots even after being moved, I would be concerned that it could be leaf spot, which is a bacterial or fungal issue.
